Q. How long will it take me to lose x amount of weight?

A. It's different for everyone. There are a lot of variables to take into account. The frequency of your training, How good your nutrition is, are you getting enough sleep? Have you got any hormonal issues? Its a case by case basis.

Q. How long after having a baby can I do exercise?

A. In most cases you'll get clearance to exercise from the doctor at 6 weeks post partum for a natural birth and a little bit longer after for a C-section. However don't feel like you have to rush. Even 12 weeks after birth is a great time to start.

Q. Do I need access to a gym or equipment?

A. Having access to equipment gives you more options. However if you're just starting out or coming back after a long rest, there are more than enough things you can use around your house and if you have a couple of extra dollars to spend, a stretchy band will go a long way!

Q. Can I do the 28 Day Total Body Clean up and other challenges at the same time?

A. You can definitely pair the TBC with any training programme you're currently doing and it'll give you a great boost to your results!
